#reflection on Instructional Design

What did I learn today? That ID is way more than putting boxes in order on a screen, first I need to clearly state the intended learning, almost like start at the end and try work backwards the steps required to get there.. pseudo-socratic???
How was it useful? Don’t lose sight of the goal, very easy to do when designing, the mind gets drawn to and distracted by the cosmetics, the look and feel of the resource.
What thoughts came up ? Stay on track, focus, focus, focus.What did you learn? ID can be a minefield without a good learning map at the start
What will you do with the information i.e. what next? Spend some time trying to capture the learning objective, if there is one, in one or two sentences, which should almost repeat throughout the artefact.
